How to Connect Zoho CRM to CompanyGPT
Zoho operates its own hosted remote MCP service under the name Zoho MCP. It covers Zoho CRM alongside other applications in the suite – Desk and Books, for example – and ships a configuration UI where you decide which applications and tools are enabled. The endpoint URL is generated per organization through the Zoho MCP console; we register it in your CompanyGPT environment.
Sign-in uses OAuth 2.0 with user permissions enforced end to end: an agent can only do what the authorized Zoho user is allowed to do. Records outside that user’s visibility rules stay hidden – an important detail for sales organizations with territorially separated pipelines.
Since both sides are cloud services, no network enablement is required. Inside CompanyGPT, your administrators additionally control by role and group who may activate the Zoho integration at all, and can narrow the tool scope further – to read-only access, for instance. The Zoho CRM REST API v8 remains available on top if you want to model individual workflows yourself.
