weclapp combines CRM, inventory management and invoicing in a German cloud ERP. There is no official MCP server – but a community server we run inside your CompanyGPT environment, plus a fully OpenAPI-documented REST API as a solid foundation.
What is weclapp?
weclapp is a cloud ERP from weclapp SE, with locations in Frankfurt and Marburg. The platform combines CRM, inventory management, order processing, invoicing and project management in a single application, aimed at small and mid-sized companies in trade, services and manufacturing. It runs as software-as-a-service from German data centers, with dedicated instances available as an option.
For AI use, weclapp is attractive because customer, item and document data sit in one consistent data model reachable through a fully documented API. An agent can therefore answer questions that would otherwise cost several click paths – from order status to a customer’s revenue development.

How to Connect weclapp to CompanyGPT
weclapp does not currently offer an official MCP server. The community project codelev/weclapp-mcp provides a lightweight MCP server for the weclapp API. As with all self-hosted integrations, we run it as a container inside your CompanyGPT environment, so communication with your weclapp tenant happens within your own environment.
If the community server’s scope does not cover your use case, we build the integration directly on the weclapp REST API. It is documented via OpenAPI/Swagger across all entities, which makes it an unusually straightforward basis for a tailored MCP integration: we select the required resources, define read and, where needed, write operations, and expose them as tools.
Authentication uses an API token generated per user in weclapp and passed in the AuthenticationToken header. Access therefore follows the permission profile of the underlying user. Since weclapp is a cloud service reachable over HTTPS, no separate network link is required. Who may use the integration inside CompanyGPT is controlled by your administrators through roles and groups.
