Use onOffice with AI via MCP
In the brokerage business, daily work lives in the CRM: listings, prospects, viewings, feedback. With the AI Connector, onOffice provides its own MCP server, which CompanyGPT connects to as a remote integration – no extra infrastructure required.
What is onOffice?
onOffice enterprise is CRM and brokerage software from onOffice GmbH in Aachen. It manages properties, contacts and prospects, produces exposés, drives publication to real estate portals and covers the process from acquisition to closing. Its Marketplace extends the system with specialized third-party applications.
onOffice is relevant for AI agents because property and contact data converge there in structured form. Questions such as which prospects match a new listing, or which activities are documented for a given contact, can be answered in conversation instead of being assembled from filters and lists.

How to Connect onOffice to CompanyGPT
With the AI Connector, onOffice provides its own MCP server – according to the vendor, the first MCP server of a real estate CRM. You generate the individual MCP server URL in the Marketplace under AI Connector → setup and then register it as a connector in CompanyGPT. No additional software runs on your side or at a third party.
The prerequisite is activation in the onOffice Marketplace; the AI Connector is available from the All-In plan upwards. Because the MCP URL is generated per customer, access is tied unambiguously to your tenant. Independently of this, the classic onOffice enterprise API with token, secret and HMAC signature remains available for special cases.
In CompanyGPT, your administrators decide by role and group who may use the onOffice integration – in practice usually sales and back office. Traffic flows directly between your CompanyGPT instance and the onOffice endpoint, with no intermediary services.
Typical Use Cases
How AI agents in CompanyGPT work with onOffice
Find matching prospects
For a newly listed property, the agent checks which stored search profiles and contacts fit – as preparation for the first outreach.
Get up to speed on a listing
Before a client meeting, the assistant summarizes the documented activities for a property, including recent feedback and open points.
Follow up without paperwork
After a viewing, sales dictates the outcome and the agent turns it into an activity plus a follow-up task in the CRM.
Frequently Asked Questions
onOffice and AI – the most important answers
Does onOffice have an official MCP server?
Yes. With the AI Connector, onOffice provides its own MCP server, which the vendor describes as the first MCP server of a real estate CRM. The MCP URL is generated in the Marketplace under AI Connector → setup.
What is required on the onOffice side?
The AI Connector must be activated in the onOffice Marketplace and is available from the All-In plan upwards. Plan and scope are matters to clarify with onOffice; the technical integration into CompanyGPT is handled by us.

Scope depends on the tools the AI Connector exposes – according to the vendor these include searching properties and contacts as well as creating activities and tasks. In CompanyGPT the scope can be narrowed further per agent.
Who in the company may use the integration?
Your CompanyGPT administrators define this via roles and groups. For example, only the sales team gets access to the CRM integration while other departments are never offered it.
Where does the data go?
CompanyGPT runs as an isolated instance in your own cloud tenant and addresses the onOffice endpoint directly. No additional service is involved where property or contact data would accumulate.
