Does CompanyGPT really run in my cloud?
Yes, 100%. We set up all components automatically directly in your Microsoft Azure Tenant. You have full control - we are not a SaaS provider hosting your data. As an alternative, we also offer STACKIT (German sovereign cloud).
Who is innFactory GmbH?
innFactory GmbH is our sister company and official Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) as well as Google Cloud Partner. They can provide you with cloud accounts and optionally take over infrastructure maintenance.
Do I need my own cloud account?
Not necessarily. You can use your existing Azure environment, or innFactory GmbH can provide you with an Azure subscription as a Microsoft CSP - with direct billing and support. For additional AI models (Gemini, Claude), a Google Cloud project can optionally be added.
How dös token billing work?
The AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) are provided via Azure AI Foundry or Google Vertex AI in your cloud. Token costs appear directly on your cloud bill - no markups by us.
Why no license fees?
CompanyGPT is based on open source technology. You only pay for what you actually use: cloud infrastructure and AI tokens. No vendor lock-in, no hidden subscription fees.
What is included in the optional maintenance?
Security updates, new features, monitoring, backup management, technical support and all innFactory MCP modules. Alternatively, you can manage the system yourself with your IT team - you have full access to the entire configuration.
How dös pricing scale?
The one-time setup costs apply regardless of the number of users. Cloud and token costs scale linearly with usage. Even with 500+ users, costs remain predictable - see our example calculations.
