Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the imprint of this website.
How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected, on the one hand, when you provide it to us. This may be data that you enter in a contact form, for example.
Other data is collected automatically or with your consent when you visit the website through our IT systems. This is primarily technical data (e.g., internet browser, operating system, or time of page access).
What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure error-free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior.
What rights do you have regarding your data?

3. Data Collection on This Website
Contact Form
When you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, are stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this was requested.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources.
4. Newsletter
If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and agree to receive the newsletter.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, the email address, and its use for sending the newsletter at any time.
5. Plugins and Embedded Content
YouTube Videos (Privacy-Enhanced Mode)
On some pages we embed videos from YouTube. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We use a two-click solution: when the page loads, only a preview image stored locally on our servers is displayed; no connection to YouTube is established and no data is transferred to Google. Only when you actively start the video by clicking the preview is it loaded via YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). This establishes a connection to Google servers and transmits your IP address; YouTube may also store information in the local storage of your device. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can associate your browsing behavior with your personal profile.
The legal basis for loading the video is your consent, which you give by clicking the preview (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG). The consent applies to the respective playback and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by not starting the video again. For data transfers to the USA, Google relies on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as well as standard contractual clauses.
For more information on the handling of user data, see Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Right to information
- Right to correction or deletion
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to object to processing
- Right to data portability
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.
