You want to start a career in GenAI consulting and do more than just watch? As a Junior AI Consultant (m/f/d) you work on real client projects from day one: CompanyGPT environments, RAG setups, MCP integrations and n8n workflows. Experienced colleagues support you along the way – and you still take ownership of your own topics early on.
Please note: Very good German language skills are required for this role, as most of our client projects are conducted in German.
Your Responsibilities
Client communication
You work directly with our clients – from gathering requirements, documentation and workshop preparation to presenting results.
Implementing AI use cases
You turn business requirements into working solutions with our AI stack – with a clear focus on time-to-value.
CompanyGPT consulting
You support dedicated GenAI environments in Azure, AWS, GCP or STACKIT – from target architecture and tenant isolation to governance.
RAG architecture
You contribute to companyRAG setups: chunking, embedding strategies, retrieval tuning and SharePoint ACL mirroring.
MCP server configuration
You connect external systems via the Model Context Protocol.
n8n process automation
You develop AI-driven workflows and agent orchestrations with n8n.
AI Gateway & multi-LLM routing
You work with gateway topologies: central logging, policy enforcement and routing between different LLM providers.
Your Profile
- Ongoing master's degree or completed bachelor's degree (business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering) with 1–3 years of professional experience
- First practical experience in GenAI, software or data projects
- Basic understanding of RAG pipelines
- First exposure to MCP server configuration
- First experience with n8n or similar automation tools
- Basic knowledge of multi-LLM strategies
- First knowledge of GDPR and the EU AI Act
- Very good German and good English skills
- High willingness to learn, analytical thinking and team spirit
