As an AI Consultant (m/f/d) you guide companies from the first requirement to a productive GenAI solution. You advise on CompanyGPT, design RAG architectures, configure MCP servers and build AI-driven workflows with n8n. You work directly with our SME and enterprise clients – and with a team that does not just plan GenAI projects, but implements them.
Please note: Very good German language skills are required for this role, as most of our client projects are conducted in German.
Your Responsibilities
Client communication & support
You work directly with our clients – from gathering requirements and aligning throughout the project to presenting interim and final results, including documentation and workshop preparation.
Implementing AI use cases
Strong hands-on mentality: You turn business requirements into working solutions with our AI stack – with a clear focus on time-to-value.
CompanyGPT consulting
You advise on the architecture and adoption of dedicated GenAI environments in the client tenant (Azure, AWS, GCP or STACKIT) – from target architecture and tenant isolation to governance.
RAG architecture & configuration
You design companyRAG setups end-to-end: chunking, embedding strategies, retrieval tuning and SharePoint ACL mirroring.
MCP server configuration
You design and configure connections to external systems via the Model Context Protocol (host/client/server, stdio & HTTP+SSE).
n8n process automation
You design and implement AI-driven workflows and agent orchestration with n8n.
AI Gateway & multi-LLM routing
You advise on gateway topologies with central logging, policy enforcement and routing between different LLM providers.
Your Profile
- Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience with solid consulting experience in enterprise GenAI projects
- Deep understanding of RAG pipelines: embeddings, vector retrieval, reranking, evaluation
- Hands-on experience with MCP server configuration (host/client/server, stdio & HTTP+SSE)
- Experience with n8n for agent and workflow orchestration
- Confident handling of multi-LLM strategies across Azure, AWS, GCP or STACKIT
- Knowledge of GDPR and the EU AI Act
- Very good German and good English skills
