Andreas Noerr is the founder and owner of the law firm Nörr Digitalrecht and a specialist attorney for information technology law. He completed a dual degree in German and French law at Saarland University and the Centre juridique franco-allemand (CJFA) in Saarbrücken, specializing in German and international information and media law. He has been practicing as a lawyer since 2015. In addition to his legal work, he teaches e-commerce law and digital marketing law at Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences and is a certified mediator.
